Privacy Policy

You don't need an account to browse. We collect data only when you start something: your name, email, and message if you use the contact form; your name, email, billing address, and any company or tax details if you buy a domain.

Saved domains stay in your own browser. That information is never sent to our servers.

We never see, process, or store your card details. Payment runs through Stripe, certified to PCI DSS Level 1, and card data goes directly to Stripe. We keep only the transaction result, the amount, and the order number.

To complete the purchase, run the domain transfer, issue an invoice, and answer your questions. We don't send marketing email without your consent, and every newsletter carries a one-click unsubscribe link.

We don't sell your data. We share it only with parties needed to deliver the service: Stripe for payment, the relevant registry for transfer (nic.tr or an international registrar), our accountant for invoicing, and authorities where the law requires it.

Sale records are kept for the period the tax legislation we are subject to requires. Contact-form messages are held for at most 24 months after the exchange closes.

You can access your data and ask for it to be corrected, deleted, or ported to another provider. If you are in Türkiye your rights under KVKK apply; if you are in the EU, those under GDPR apply. Email the address on the contact page and we'll respond within 30 days.

We use no advertising or tracking cookies. The site stores only functional information such as your language preference in your browser.
